GOVERNANCE BODIES
The General Assembly is the decision-making body for all statutory matters. It elects the members of the Executive Committee and of the Auditing Committee. The legal representatives of CIBP members participate in its gatherings.
The Executive Committee is the CIBP’s decision-making body. It made of top management delegates who are elected by the General Assembly.
The Presidential Committee is made up of the President and the Vice-Presidents who are elected by the Executive Committee. It is responsible for the strategic orientations of the Confederation.
The Audit Committee supervises the CIBP administration, accounting and budget. Members are elected by the General Assembly and are technically supported by external auditors.
The General Secretariat is the permanent body of CIBP. It is responsible for the efficient running of CIBP’s activities.
