CIBP LINK Training Programme

The main objectives of the CIBP LINK Programme are

  • Establishing and maintaining a strong network amongst executives of the co-operative banking sector.

  • Training management skills and leadership abilities in an international environment by featuring co-operative values.

  • Exchanging best practices and developing business cooperation opportunities within the CIBP network.

  • Cultivating intercultural communication and intercultural competence.

The extensive "CIBP LINK" will allow member organizations to cope with current and future challenges and will be of use to better support their customers in the globalized world.

The CIBP LINK ALUMNI network allows CIBP members to generate cooperation and to develop further their co-operative business model worldwide.

The next CIBP LINK ALUMNI DAYS event will take place in Montabaur in June, 2016.

Profile of Participants

The CIBP LINK Training Programme is meant for executive managers coming from regional or national co-operative banking institutions with significant management experience.

A good command of English is required to follow the lectures and to take an active part in the training lessons and group works.

The CIBP LINK participants with different cultural backgrounds gain experience in a broad range of topics and business matters by collaborating in projects during the challenging training sessions. In addition the training programme gives a superior insight into the organization, strategy, culture as well as into the networks of CIBP members.
