During Forum 8, Dr. Fotis Filippopoulos will be presenting the results of GRACE16. The research commissioned by and performed for CIBP, explores the possible structure and potential of a novel prototype model for cross-sector collaboration among Coops through Collaborative commerce, digital platforms and potentially Internet of Things (IoT) to combine their capabilities and harness the power of cross-sector value networks. This novel strategic trajectory could represent a significant competitive advantage and growth potential for Coops.
What are the pain or pleasure points of the Coop ecosystem? How can we make Coops more competitive using Collaborative Commerce (C-Commerce), digital platforms and IoT? What makes C-Commerce special for Coops? How can Coops get ahead of the C-Commerce curve? How can we use Augmented Collaborative Economy (ACE) to improve customers’ and members’ experience? There is a window of opportunity for Coops, to unlock novel or hidden value and thrive through a novel business model that is digital-born, platform-based and cross-sectoral.
After the presentation of the research results, a round-table discussion will follow featuring Coop leaders representing various industries.
